About The Study
Blood pressure is the pressure of blood against the walls of your arteries, which carry blood from your heart to the rest of your body. Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is when that pressure is higher than normal. If your blood pressure stays higher than normal for a long time, it can damage your heart and raise your risk of other health issues like heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. A new clinical trial is recruiting adults aged 18 to 75 with mild-to-moderate hypertension to determine the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medicine in reducing high blood pressure as an add-on therapy. Find out more and see if you are eligible to participate.
